Liberalism is an ideology.  Conservatism is a way of life.  The first one believes that government is owner and distributor of freedom and rights, while the other maintains that government exists to protect the rights and freedoms Man is born with.
One of my father’s best known witticisms was, “Some people are like the old prospector’s mule…you have to hit ‘em between the eyes with a two-by-four to get their attention.”  He was not wrong.  The past two decades have exposed far too many “low-information” voters who elected incompetent leftist politicians.
All across our nation a quiet rage is building against the liberal assault upon American values.  More so than ever in the history of America, the concerns and patience of its people are being tested, tried and attacked by a group of elitists that is Hell-bent on the destruction of this country.  Voters can make a difference by adequately researching political candidates before casting their ballots.
I want you to be resilient enough to protect your rights and resist tyranny.  America is calling, and we citizens must band together and fight or we lose our country to illegals, terrorists and Liberals.
Refuse to remain silent!  Question boldly, hold to the truth and speak without fear!  The only rights you have in this world are the ones you are willing to fight for.  But you are not alone.

"Liberalism is an ideology. Conservatism is a way of life. The difference between modern Liberalism and Conservatism is the first one believes that government is owner and distributor of freedom and rights, while the other maintains that government exists to protect the rights and freedoms Man is born with."

"It's a good thing liberal Democrats have double standards, for without them they would have no standards at all."  ~  Rush Limbaugh

  (Part 2)

At the conclusion of his television and radio programs, Sean Hannity states, “Let not your heart be troubled!”  Tucker Carlson ends his TV show by proclaiming to be “the sworn enemy of lying, smugness, pomposity and group-think!”  These are very inspirational words that provide some solace to decent, clear-thinking Americans whose rage against Democrats, liberals, socialists, anarchy, corruption and lawlessness is reaching critical mass.  One more thought to support the wisdom of Hannity and Carlson is that the United States is recovering from eight years of Obama's socialism, scandals and malfeasance...surprisingly, I might add...so our country is sure to survive a Democrat-controlled House of Representatives, endless attacks against President Trump by the dishonest “fake news” media, and a plague of verbal and physical assaults by crazed leftists against Republicans, Conservatives, and Trump administration officials.
Rest assured that we rational people who support the president and his agenda…OUR agenda…are in the right, and no amount of lies, spin, hypocrisy or rhetoric can change that.  But we cannot sit idly by and allow the forces of evil to consume our culture and tradition.  The U.S. has already suffered through two presidential terms worth of “fundamentally changing” the greatest country on Earth.   This is why Donald Trump was elected; to start making America great again!
Conservative news analysts Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, Mark Levin, Laura Ingraham and others are still the greatest sources of fair and balanced information.  We purveyors of the truth can add our support by sharing verifiably proven facts with our social media contacts, and exposing the wrongdoings of the unhinged left.
After two years in control of the House of Representatives, the Democrats will have a record to scrutinize, which Republicans will be able to use against them during the 2020 elections.
The 2018 mid-term elections were scarred by a number of controversies:  First , the Democrat party turned even further to the left by selecting totally incompetent, radical socialist candidates, some of whom won seats in the House and Senate.

Second , there are nearly as many “Never-Trump” Republicans in Congress as there are Trump-hating Democrats, and these selfish fools did nothing to promote their party.  More than forty Republican incumbents either retired or chose not to run for re-election, as well.

Third, there were far too many instances of voter fraud discovered, primarily in Florida, but in Arizona, Texas, Georgia, and other states as well.

Finally, and most disgracefully, barely 50% of the electorate went to the polls.  If all the 2016 Trump supporters, and all the folks who gave Republicans control of both houses of Congress, had voted, it’s quite likely that the Democrat party could have been rendered unimportant for generations to come.
Clear-thinking, Conservative-minded Americans have been forced to endure more than their share of political defeats, unhinged leftist ideology, so-called “political correctness,” and judicial overreach, and sadly, the beat goes on.  But, we all must be strong-willed, principled people who refuse to tolerate liberal tyranny, lawlessness and incivility.  We would do well to remember the epic poem written by Lutheran pastor Martin Niemoller about the cowardice of German intellectuals following the Nazis rise to power and subsequent purging of their chosen targets, group after group:
First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

Don't Be A "No-Information Voter!"

Voters in the United States can make a difference by adequately researching political candidates. Electing proven Conservatives is the first step in reversing the damage to our country caused by Liberals. Politicians must also be held accountable for their actions, and ineffective and dishonest lawmakers can and must be replaced either in scheduled elections or by recall provisions. If not, we will consent to our own oppression.

Many ignorant people want to punish individuals like me for accurately promoting the truth. If I’m verifiably correct, I will always speak my mind even if I’m a minority of one. I will defend my rights, and yours, against all enemies, both foreign and Democrat.

I want you to be resilient enough to protect your rights and resist tyranny. America is calling, and we citizens either band together and fight or we lose our country to illegals, terrorists and Liberals.

The Oath Of The Right-Wing Extremist:

“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.  And, to the Republic for which it stands:  one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

'Pathetic...Caged Animal': Morning Joe Reduced To Sorry Mess Of Trump Trolling!
By Mark Finkelstein, November 16, 2018, MRC Newsbusters
"It's getting to the point, where I'm no fun anymore." -- Suite: Judy Blue Eyes

Morning Joe might consider adopting the Crosby, Stills & Nash hit as its theme song.  Because a show that in the not-that-distant past was at times entertaining and even insightful has been reduced to nothing but an utterly predictable, and hence boring, Trump-trolling mess.

On Morning Joe, every day is Groundhog Day. But instead of Cher belting out "I Got You Babe," it's the panel singing the same—old—song, which might be entitled "We Hate Trump."

Take this morning—which could have been any morning—in which the opening segment was—yet again—a churlish medley of Trump trolling. Here are excerpts:
"A huge, huge, crushing defeat for Trump Republicanism . . . Is he uneducated, does the President not understand history?. . . It would be laughable if it wasn't so pathetic . . . Spinning out of control . . . A patheticness to him . . . A caged animal . . . Behavior so much more aberrant than anything we've seen."

When a show gets this predictable in peddling its daily dose of loathing, does there come a point when even the inveterate Trump haters in its audience turn—and tune—off?

Perhaps Judy Blue Eyes again has some words of wisdom for Joe, Mika & Co.: "Don't let the past remind us of what we are not now."

Note: that's Susan Del Percio grinning madly in the screencap, as she agrees with Joe's latest anti-Trump taunt. Del Percio is MSNBC's kind of Republican: the sort that hates Donald Trump.

"Do not fear the enemy, for your enemy can only take your life. It is far better that you fear the media, for they will take your HONOR. That awful power, the public opinion of a nation, is created in America by a horde of ignorant, self-complacent simpletons who failed at ditching and shoemaking and fetched up in journalism on their way to the poorhouse." ~ Mark Twain

Nelson Has No Path: Democrats Admit Scott Beats Florida Icon!
By Marc Caputo, November 16, 2018, Politico

Sen. Bill Nelson has run out of time, run out of favorable court rulings and is about to officially run out of votes.

After losing to Gov. Rick Scott on Election Day, losing after an automatic recount and appearing to not make up the gap following a manual recount Friday, Nelson’s campaign was dealt a mortal blow later that evening by U.S. District Judge Mark E. Walker, who crushed the Democrat’s last major hope by upholding a Florida law that forbids county election offices from counting vote-by-mail ballots received after 7 p.m. Election Day.

“It’s done. But it was done before today. This was a total Hail Mary,” said a top Democrat involved in Nelson’s campaign who didn’t want to speak publicly before the Democratic Party icon conceded defeat to one of the party's most-hated rivals.
The night before, Walker had rejected yet another Nelson lawsuit concerning standards for divining voter intent in manual recounts, and he refused to extend the deadlines of the recount.

Without favorable court rulings to expand the available ballot pool, Nelson has no way to make up his 12,603-vote deficit with Scott. Nelson can still appeal, but Democrats said that’s highly unlikely, considering Walker has historically appeared more sympathetic to their arguments compared to appeals courts.
The counties officially have to submit their manual recount totals to the state Sunday. The election is supposed to be certified Tuesday.

On Friday, Nelson gave an emotional “thank you” speech to staff earlier in the day “but it was more of a goodbye,” said yet another top Florida Democrat connected to Nelson’s re-election. A third source added that the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and its mammoth recount ground force is starting to leave Florida: “DSCC is packing up and headed north” — an assertion disputed by a DSCC official who said “no one’s leaving.”

While party officials refused to discuss the hopelessness of the situation on the record, the Florida Democratic Party on Friday continued to fundraise off the recount, suggesting to donors that Nelson had a shot when his own top backers knew he didn’t.

Nelson, a three-term U.S. Senator, was the last Democratic statewide elected official in Florida for years. First elected to the Florida House in 1972, he served as a member of the U.S. House and as insurance commissioner before being elected to the Senate in 2000. He only lost one race: a Democratic primary for governor against party legend “Walkin’” Lawton Chiles in 1990.

Scott's defeat of Nelson certifies him as a Democratic giant-killer who continues to prove party elites wrong. In three straight elections, Democratic insiders have predicted his defeat. Scott first beat Alex Sink, the woman once thought to be the future of the party, in his first gubernatorial race. Then he defeated former Gov. Charlie Crist, a once-highly popular governor. And now he has bested the one politician Democrats thought was unbeatable in a Florida general election, Nelson.
Scott called on Nelson to withdraw.

“Once again, the courts have denied Bill Nelson’s desperate attempt to change Florida law after the election. It’s long past time for Bill Nelson to face the facts: this charade is over, Floridians' votes have been counted multiple times, and Rick Scott is the next Senator from Florida," said Chris Hartline, Scott's campaign spokesperson.
Like Nelson's official campaign spokespeople, the Democrat’s usually voluble recount attorney, Marc Elias, fell uncharacteristically quiet Friday after the recounts and before Walker’s ruling.

Elias this week has held daily conference calls with reporters and — contrary to the assertions of experts who spoke to POLITICO — had insisted throughout that Nelson had a shot. But Elias acknowledged Thursday evening it would take more than “one silver bullet ...[to] ... change the margin in this race.”

During that call, Elias said Nelson was relying on a court ruling to potentially count absentee and provisional ballots that had been rejected because the voter’s signature did not match the signature on file. The state estimated Friday that 5,686 such ballots existed. But even if all somehow voted for Nelson, he still would come up short against Scott.

Elias also hoped that the manual recounts, which wrapped up Friday, would produce new loads of votes for Nelson — especially in Broward County, where he estimated 23,000 votes in the Democratic-rich area might not have been properly read by machines in the precincts on Election Day. In pushing this narrative, Elias specifically tried to bat down experts who said that the county’s bad ballot design — the Senate race was tucked in the lower left-hand corner beneath the instructions — caused many voters to not see the race and therefore not vote in it.

But after the recount Friday in Broward, observers in the room said there was no batch of hidden votes. People just undervoted the race by disproportionate margins compared to the 66 other counties.

“The votes weren’t there. It was bad ballot design,” said Democratic data analyst Matt Isbell, who first raised the issue of the undervotes after Election Night. “Nelson has no path.”
Late Friday, the Scott campaign reported that Nelson netted fewer than 300 votes in Broward County after the recount. The campaign obtained the numbers through a public records request.

The third “silver bullet” Elias was hoping for concerned the mail-in ballots that were not received at county offices before 7 p.m. Election Day. The estimated number of these ballots is unclear, but likely totaled in the thousands.

Elias had said the ballot-receipt rule was unfair because overseas absentee ballots that were postmarked before Election Day could continue to be counted through Friday, Nov. 16.

But Judge Walker said the rule just helps soldiers and other U.S. citizens who are disadvantaged by the mail system since they’re overseas, and that this effort to give them a little help does not disadvantage domestic absentee-ballot voters.

Walker also noted that the challenge of a longstanding law by Nelson came too late in the process, and that the state at a certain point has the right to fix the deadlines it wants to make sure elections are orderly.

“The fact that there might be problems with the mail does not outweigh the state’s important interest in delineating finality in elections. To hold otherwise could call into question the entirety of the vote-by-mail system itself,” Walker said. “The restriction is reasonable, and the state’s regulatory interest is sufficient to justify the deadline.”

And though other states allow absentee ballots to be received after Election Day as long as they’re postmarked by Election Day, the judge said that has no bearing on Florida.

“A later or more lenient deadline in other states may not a constitutional violation make,” he ruled.

The essence of freedom is the proper limitation of government!

A Prayer For Our Nation

Lord, thank You for all Your blessings on the United States of America. I know our country, as a body, has turned against You and I wish to change the direction in which it is headed. I pray for our nation to have prosperity, economic health, protection from our enemies, and God’s blessing on all our leaders and people. I pray for Your guidance, wisdom and mercy in all things. Amen.
